So, major IT players in India like Wipro, TCS, Infosys and Tech Mahindra are organizing camps to provide free vaccination to their employees and their family members.

The Top 5 IT companies including Infosys, Wipro, Tech M, TCS, and HCL alone employ around 1.2 million people and are among the largest private employers in the country.

As the country is currently facing a Covid-19 second wave surge, all the top corporates are taking necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their employees. These companies are partnering with relevant authorities to arrange vaccination drives for their entire workforce along with their family members. 

Tech Mahindra’s global chief people officer, Harshvendra Soin said, given the current situation we have launched an exclusive Coronavirus vaccination drive for all our associates and their dependents across the country. He further added we will also cover the cost of the vaccination for our entire workforce and their family.

A Wipro spokesperson also said we are organising our first Covid-19 vaccination campus on Thursday at our Electronic city campus for our Bangalore employees. He also confirmed that necessary steps are being taken to organize such camps in other offices of Wipro across India.
